Prayers...

My deepest and most sincere thoughts and prayers go out to all the victims and family members of victims of the recent earthquakes. People in the Phillippines, Indonesia, Haiti, Chile, Palau Region, Northern Mariana Island, Eastern Turkey and other countries have suffered earthquakes of a 5.0 magnitude or higher! I pray for strength, recovery, and faith among residents. Nature is a force that cannot be reckoned with, and although we attempt to warn ourselves, we never truly know what the outcome may be. "The whole idea of compassion is based on a keen awareness of the interdependence of all these living beings, which are all part of one another, and all involved in one another." -Thomas Merton.
